For Domestic Orders - Within India.
The dispatch time is 3-5 Working Day
Delivery time ranges between 2-5 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
For International Orders - Outside India.
The dispatch time is 6-8 Working Days
Delivery time is 8 -12 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Any kind of custom charges are to be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any kind of government charges or duties if applicable in your country upon delivery.
These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.
Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.
VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Retrun Policy
In case of any unsatisfaction towards your direct purchase from Umbrashileds.com, you can raise a return query within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility of refund would include –
If any gift , sample or any other promotional item were included with the order then kindly return along with the ordered item to receive complete refund. If not returned the value of the promotional item or gift would be deducted form refund amount.
Also, product should be returned un their original unworn conditions along with tags and labels. If the product’s quality is compromised than the delivered item then the same would not be eligible of refund.
For international shipments , shipping charges would not be refunded.
Alos for international shipments we are unable to issue return labels and it must be sent back within 7 Days of issue date.
Lost or missing packages must be reported within 7 days of listed delivery days and same packages classifies for refund.
